In the context of the H2020 Research Programme MIGREC (Migration and Integration Research Center) the South – East European Programme of ELIAMEP coordinated the creation of a report entitled: “Mapping of Migration Related Research and Policy Development in the Western Balkans”.

The report provides the newly established research center (FPN, University of Belgrade) with detailed analysis and presentation of migration related stakeholders and developments in the Western Balkans at the levels of governance, academia and research as well as civil society. Its fundamental purpose is to assist MIGREC in the formulation of an updated and well – informed research strategy and agenda, that will maximize its impact when it comes to policy discussions and decision – making. Furthermore, it will provide MIGREC with numerous options for networking with relevant stakeholders.
