Emmanuella Doussis, Senior Policy Advisor; Professor, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, co-authored a policy paper on hydrocarbon extraction and offshore wind together with Antonia Zervaki, Assistant Professor of International Relations, University of Athens and Konstantina Meletiadou, Lawyer, LLM Public International Law, University of Athens. The policy paper is part of a research project under the UNESCO Chair.

The paper was presented in an online discussion co-organised by ELIAMEP, the Green Tank and the UNESCO Chair for Climate Diplomacy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
