On Thursday 3rd October ELIAMEP in cooperation with the Bertelsmann Foundation (Washington, DC) co-organised a closed foresight roundtable and workshop on the possible implications of the upcoming US presidential election for Greek – Turkish relations. The workshop built on the Bertelsmann Foundation’s Range transatlantic forecasting platform methodology. During the sessions, experts, policy makers, academics and journalists contributed input with the aim of clarifying variables and scenaria which could emerge for Greek and Turkish foreign policy and for bilateral relations following November 5th.

ELIAMEP is a  collaborator of the Bertelsmann Foundation as the Greek partner of the Transatlantic Periscope project which summarises developments in Greece – US relations on a monthly basis. Read the latest ELIAMEP Transatlantic Periscope brief here.
