ELIAMEP’s President, Professor Loukas Tsoukalis, spoke at the UK in a Changing Europe Annual Conference held in London on 18 June. He spoke about the next day of the European elections, the political earthquake in France, the difficulties of the German government and the serious possibility of weak political leadership in Europe with all that this implies for dealing with the great challenges of our time.
