Between 1 March 2021 and 31 May 2022, Dr. Panagiotis Barkas held the position of Visiting Fellow at the Hellenic Observatory of the London School of Economics (LSE).
His research interests and focus at the LSE consisted in examining issues of competition and competitiveness of the Greek banking system, as well as the effects of the crisis on the profitability of the Greek systemic banks.
