Dr. Ruby Gropas participated at the Kick-off meeting of a new research project on “The Impact of the European External Action Service (EEAS) on National Diplomacies” in Helsinki on January 19th and 20th. The project is coordinated by the Finnish Institute for International Affairs and the European Policy Center.
