Dr. Ioannis Armakolas, ‘Stavros Costopoulos’ Research Fellow and Head of ELIAMEP’s South-East Europe Programme, and Maja Maksimović, research assistant at the Programme, have just published Briefing Note 34/2011 entitled “Local elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Change or more of the same?”. In their paper they briefly analyse the electoral results of the local elections in the Balkan country which were held in October 2012 and they assess the politial consequences of the electoral result.
