Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will be in Washington today for the NATO Summit convened to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Atlantic Alliance (NATO, 1949). Greece is one of very few member countries that spend well above the expenditure limit of 2% of GDP on defence, which gives the country an objectively advantageous position within the Alliance.
