Speaking on Polydevkis Papadopoulos’ show “With the First Program in Europe and the World” on ERT radio, Ioannis Armakolas discussed major issues relating to Greece’s current foreign policy.

Two main topics were discussed. First, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama’s visit to Greece and the speech he made in Athens, along with Greek-Albanian relations in general. And second, VMRO-DPMNE’s victory in the presidential and parliamentary elections in North Macedonia and its possible impact on the country’s foreign policy, along with North Macedonia’s EU prospects. The instability that marks the politics of several Balkan countries that are not members of the European Union was also pointed out.
