“Appealing to the International Court of Justice at The Hague is the preferred course of action for a number of reasons, including the fact that the Court follows a stable and somewhat predictable case-law. It is the core judicial body of the United Nations, with all that this implies about its trustworthiness, not only on the global but also on the national scale,” writes Efthymios Papastavridis, ELIAMEP Research Associate, in his article for the Sunday edition of the newspaper “To Vima”.
