The international reaction to the coronavirus pandemic has, so far, been different than the response to any previous major crisis, writes Dimitris Katsikas in his article for Capital.gr. The head of the Greek & European Economy Observatory expresses his concern about the risk of weakening global governance institutions, which could then negatively impact the global pandemic response, and particularly the response in developing countries.
